DAY 1 ATHIRAPALLY
Arrival
at Cochin International Airport, Meet & assistance by
our representatives and proceed to Athirapally.
Check in at the resort, have a feel of the Great
Waterfalls, their cool, misty waters cascading down in
the backdrop of thick green forest and rocky terrain,
will take you to the brink of joy. Overnight stay in
the hotel.
DAY 2 MUNNAR
After break
fast check out and proceed to Munnar. Its one of the
best hill stations of South India which is situated at a
height of 1600 m from Sea Level. Check in at the resort.
Evening go for little shopping in the town.
Overnight stay in the hotel.
DAY 3 MUNNAR
After breakfast go for sight seeing of Munnar includes a
beautiful picnic spot with the panoramic view of the tea
plantations and the lake. Rajamalai: - is the natural
habitat of Nilgiri Tahr. Half the world population of
this rare mountain goat is found here
DAY 4 MUNNAR
After breakfast go for Munnar sight seeing which
includes Chinnakkanal Dam & Sooryanelly plantation.
This was one of the first areas brought under
cultivation by the pioneers
which is a valley sheltered by mountains adjoining
Chinnakkanal. The lower and upper Sooryanelly estates
owned by the Harrison are spread around this valley.
Over night stay in the resort.
DAY 5
THEKKADY
After break fast check out from
the resort and proceed to Thekkady. Periyar Tiger
Reserve, one of the famous Wildlife Sanctuaries in
India, spread across 777 Sq. Kms out of which 360 Sq.
Kms is thick forest, is one of the best places for
viewing wild elephants. There is a 26 Sq. Km. artificial
lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar
River. A boat cruise on the lake is a great way to watch
the wildlife. Wild animals like the Elephant, Gaur,
Sambar Deer and wild boar, which can be easily seen from
close quarters during the serene boat ride. Back to
hotel, overnight stay.
DAY 6
KUMARAKOM
After breakfast check out from the hotel
and proceed to Kumarakom. Kumarakom is a small backwater
town, situated on the banks of the Vembanad Lake is one
the world famous Backwater destinations of Kerala. Check
in to the hotel after rest and relax goes for sight
seeing of Kumarakom. Back to hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 7 ALLEPPEY
After breakfast proceed to Alleppey sightseeing relax
and enjoy the canals and rivers and backwater, its
cruise covering beautiful rivers and canals with palm
trees and small houses near to it , villages paddy
fields, churches, etc Overnight stay at your Hotel.
DAY 8
COCHIN
After breakfast proceed to Cochin. Check
in to the hotel. After rest and relax proceed to The
white sand beach called ' Cherai beach '. 15 Kilometre
long Cherai Beach is the best clean golden beach of
Kerala and is rightly called " The Prnicess of the Queen
of the Arabian sea". 45 kms from Ernakulam city, this
lovely beach bordering vypeen island is ideal for
swimming. Dolphins are occasionally seen here. Atypical
kerala village with paddy fields and coconut groves
nearby is an added attraction. Check in at the resort
and explore the white sandy beach. Overnight stay in
the hotel.
TOUR ENDS
After break fast check out from the hotel and proceed to
the international airport for the journey back to your
